    01Who we are

    The Krone AI ("Krone AI") is a brand operated by Pineapple Group LLC, a company registered in the state of Wyoming, United States. We provide a suite of artificial intelligence products for businesses, including: Krone Voice, Krone CRM, Krone Media, Krone Chat, Krone WinLic, and custom consulting.

    This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use any of our products accessible from thekroneai.com and its subdomains.

    02Information we collect

    We collect information in the following categories:

    • Account data: full name, email address, phone number, and encrypted password.
    • Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
    • Usage data: interactions, call logs, transcripts, and metrics.
    • Communication data: calls, SMS text messages, WhatsApp messages, and email processed by our telephony, messaging, and email providers.
    • Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, and session duration.
    • Facebook / Meta data: granted permissions, page IDs, and post metrics.

    03How we use your information

    • Provide, maintain, and improve the products in the Krone AI suite.
    • Process payments and manage your unified balance.
    • Send transactional communications (receipts, alerts, notifications).
    • Place calls and send messages through our telephony providers on behalf of your business.
    • Publish content to your social accounts with explicit authorization.
    • Detect and prevent fraud or activity that violates our Terms.

    We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

    04Use of telephone communications

    Krone Voice uses third-party telephony providers for calls and SMS. By using Krone Voice, you agree that:

    • Calls may be recorded and/or transcribed. Recipients are notified where the law requires it.
    • Outbound SMS and WhatsApp messages are sent only to numbers with prior consent (opt-in), in accordance with the TCPA.
    • Our telephony providers act as data processors under the instructions of Pineapple Group LLC.
    • We do not use communications for spam or mass marketing without consent.

    If you are the recipient of a call or message and wish to be excluded, write to us at support@thekroneai.com or reply STOP to the message you received.

    Text Messaging (SMS). No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages.

    05Prospective customers and marketing communications

    When you submit a form, request a demo, or complete a consultation on any Krone AI property, we collect the contact and business information you provide, together with the answers you enter, in order to prepare and present a service proposal.

    If you give your express consent at the time of submission, we may contact you by phone call, SMS text message, WhatsApp message, and email at the number and address you provided, including through automated systems, to follow up on your request and present our proposal.

    This consent is not a condition of any purchase. You may withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by writing to support@thekroneai.com. We honor withdrawal requests promptly.

    We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording you accepted and the date and time.

    06Facebook / Meta integration

    • We request only the permissions necessary for the product to function.
    • We do not access your personal inbox without explicit authorization.
    • You can revoke permissions from your Facebook app settings.
    • Facebook data is used exclusively for reporting within Krone.
    • We comply with the Meta Platform Policies for Developers.

    07Google / YouTube integration (YouTube API Services)

    The Krone AI CRM uses YouTube API Services. When you connect your YouTube channel you sign in with Google and grant only the permissions below:

    • youtube.readonly — read your channel name, photo, subscriber and video counts; list your videos with their public statistics in the Library; read the comments on your videos so they appear in your inbox.
    • youtube.force-ssl — post the replies you write to those comments from the inbox. Nothing is posted automatically and we never delete your content.
    • youtube.upload — publish a video you prepared in the CRM to your own channel, with the title, description, privacy and "made for kids" settings you choose each time.
    • yt-analytics.readonly — show your channel's last 28 days of views, watch time, average view duration, subscribers gained and lost, likes and comments.

    What we store: your OAuth tokens (encrypted), your channel ID, name and photo, your videos with their public statistics, and the comments on your videos (text, author name and photo) so you can read and answer them. Data is hosted by our infrastructure provider and encrypted in transit and at rest.

    Use and sharing: we use this data only to provide these features to you. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

    Retention: comments and video data are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.

    Deletion and revocation: you can disconnect YouTube in Accounts at any time; we delete your tokens immediately and all your YouTube data within 7 days. You can also revoke access at the Google security settings page (security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); we then delete your YouTube data within 30 days. To ask us to delete your data, write tosupport@thekroneai.com; we delete it within 7 days.

    The Krone AI's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By connecting YouTube you agree to theYouTube Terms of Service. See also theGoogle Privacy Policy.

    08Service providers (third parties)

    • Stripe — payment processing.
    • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — social content publishing.
    • Infrastructure and database providers — hosting, storage, and authentication.
    • Telephony providers — voice, SMS, and communications.
    • AI providers — language models and voice synthesis.
    • Messaging providers — WhatsApp and SMS message delivery.
    • Email providers — transactional and follow-up email delivery.
    • Google (YouTube Data API and YouTube Analytics API) — publishing to and reading statistics from the YouTube channel you connect.

    09Data retention

    • YouTube / Google data: tokens deleted immediately when you disconnect YouTube, and all other YouTube data within 7 days; comments and video data are refreshed or deleted at least every 30 days.
    • Account data: deleted within 30 days after cancellation.
    • Call logs and transcripts: 90 days.
    • Billing data: 7 years due to U.S. tax obligations.
    • Prospective customer data (forms and consultations that did not result in an account): 24 months from the last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Consent records are kept for 5 years as required to evidence compliance.

    10Your rights

    Under applicable laws (including the CCPA for California residents), you have the right to access, correct, delete, and port your data, as well as to object to its processing.

    Write to us at support@thekroneai.com. We respond within 30 days at most.

    11Security

    We implement encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, two-factor authentication, and role-based access controls. We will notify you of any security breach within the legally required timeframes.

    12Cookies, analytics and advertising

    Our websites and the CRM store small pieces of information in your browser (cookies and local storage) to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. These essential cookies are always on.

    On our public pages (for example, thekroneai.com and its industry pages) we also use third-party tools, only if you accept them in the cookie notice:

    • Analytics: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, to understand how many people visit, where they come from and how they use the page. Clarity may record how you move through the page (clicks and scrolling), without capturing what you type in forms.
    • Marketing: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn, to measure our ads and show you relevant ads on those platforms.

    These tools are not loaded inside the CRM. We do not share your phone number or your text-messaging consent with them (see section 4).

    If you choose "Essential only", none of them are loaded. You can change your choice by clearing our site's cookies in your browser; the notice will appear again. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy.

    13Minors

    Krone AI services are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

    14Changes to this policy

    We will notify you of material changes by email or in-platform notice at least 15 days in advance.
